1、 Structural Design and Power System
1. Modular integration architecture:
The unit consists of a main engine, a spiral feeder, a cyclone separator, a pulse dust collector, and an electrical control system. The all stainless steel body meets GMP cleanliness standards.
Adopting a sieve free design, the traditional sieve is replaced by a graded impeller (adjustable speed of 830-2140rpm) to avoid clogging and achieve dynamic particle size control.
2. Power configuration:
The main cutterhead rotates at a speed of 4000-5800rpm, combined with the high-speed rotating secondary cutterhead (5500rpm) to form strong shear and impact, suitable for crushing complex materials such as fibrous and oily materials.
Variable frequency speed regulation technology accurately matches the feeding device (20-50rpm) and grading system to ensure continuous production stability.
2、 Crushing and Grading Mechanism
1. Three dimensional dynamic crushing chamber:
The material enters the crushing chamber through a spiral feeder, and the main/auxiliary cutterhead rotates at high speed to generate multiple forces such as shear, impact, friction, etc. The particle size can be adjusted to 5-45 μ m.
The negative pressure airflow conveying system synchronously takes away the crushing heat, ensuring that the temperature during the crushing of thermosensitive materials (such as traditional Chinese medicine extracts and chemical additives) is below 65 ℃.
2. Intelligent grading technology:
The graded impeller separates coarse/fine particles through the synergistic effect of centrifugal force and negative pressure wind force, and the coarse particles are automatically returned to the crushing chamber for cyclic processing, with a product qualification rate of up to 99.5%.
The grading accuracy is dynamically controlled by the impeller speed, and the fineness range covers 60-500 mesh (10-250 μ m).
3、 Material and process optimization
1. Made entirely of stainless steel:
The host, pipeline, and collection system are made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and avoids metal contamination, making it suitable for high hygiene requirements such as food and medicine.
2. Self cooling and clean design:
High power induced draft fan forms negative pressure airflow, continuously discharges crushing heat and achieves dust-free operation, with a dust recovery rate of over 99%.
The quick release knife set and three-stage detachable separator simplify the cleaning process, reducing downtime for maintenance to less than 10 minutes.
4. Intelligent control
The PLC system monitors real-time parameters such as vibration and temperature, equipped with fault self diagnosis function, and automatically triggers shutdown protection in abnormal states.
The IoT interface supports remote control of crushing fineness and production capacity, and can view operational data and energy consumption statistics through mobile terminals.
