The installation specifications for laboratory self-control systems are an important foundation for ensuring that the system can accurately, sensitively, stably, and reliably perform detection and control functions. The following are some key installation specifications:
1. Design requirements:
The automatic control system for air conditioning purification should be able to ensure the correct directional flow direction and stable pressure difference between each room.
The self-control system of the third and fourth level biosafety laboratories should have the function of storing and displaying historical data of pressure gradient temperature and humidity, interlock control, alarm and other parameters. The self-control system control box should be located outside the protective zone.
Level 3 and Level 4 biosafety laboratories should install pressure display devices at prominent locations at the entrance of rooms with negative pressure control requirements to display the negative pressure status of the room.
The self-control system should reserve interfaces.
2. Construction preparation:
Familiar with drawings and technical documents, understand the design requirements, equipment and material list, construction standards, etc. of the self-control system in the project, and conduct technical disclosure.
Prepare materials such as self-control instruments, cables, protective tubes, and wiring terminals according to engineering requirements, and ensure that the material quality meets national standards.
Prepare all necessary construction equipment, such as drills, wrenches, cutting machines, welding machines, etc., and ensure that the equipment is in good working condition.
Provide technical training to construction personnel to enable them to master the construction methods, process requirements, quality standards, etc. of automatic control system installation projects.
Develop a construction site safety management system, equip with safety protective equipment, and ensure the safety of the construction site.
3. Installation and construction procedures for laboratory self-control system:
Cooperate with civil engineering pre embedding and reservation, complete the pre embedding of protective pipes, reserved holes, etc., to ensure the correct position and size of pre embedded parts.
Dismantle the old electrical equipment according to the original drawings, and register, maintain, and store the dismantled equipment.
Perform calibration and wiring of self-control instruments to ensure correct and secure wiring.
According to the design requirements, cable laying should be carried out, including the installation of cable trays and protective pipes, to ensure that the cable laying is neat and the fixation is reliable.
