The working principle of the upward rotating screening machine is a powder removal device designed through electromagnetic vibration and stair step principle. The working process is as follows: under the action of electromagnetic vibration rotational force, the tablets move from bottom to top like climbing stairs through a stainless steel spiral screen, while excess powder is sucked out through the mesh of the screen by a vacuum cleaner.
Precautions for using the upward rotating screening machine:
1. Equipment installation and debugging
Placement requirements: The equipment should be placed vertically on a horizontal ground, and tilting or inversion is prohibited to avoid component damage caused by vibration imbalance.
• Power safety: Ensure reliable grounding of the grounding terminal to avoid the risk of electric shock in high-voltage circuits; Do not rinse the electrical control system directly with water.
2. Operating standards
Sieve processing:
The material of the sieve should be distinguished (nylon 1010 is slightly yellow semi transparent, and polyoxymethylene is pure white opaque), and it is forbidden to strike during connection to avoid damaging the connection buckle.
When blocking the holes in the sieve, rinse with clean water and do not use hard objects to strike; Handle with care during assembly to avoid collision and deformation.
Operation monitoring:
Regularly check the locking status of the wheels to prevent the equipment from moving on its own; When abnormal noise or speed decrease is detected, immediately stop the machine and tighten the bolts.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Daily cleaning: Clean the powder suction tube and corrugated tube after each use to prevent dust blockage; Non metallic components should avoid direct wiping with alcohol.
3. Regular maintenance:
Add high-temperature lubricating grease to the vibrating body bearings every quarter to reduce wear.
Calibrate temperature sensors and pressure controllers annually to ensure accurate parameters.
4. Long term suspension management
Before shutting down, empty the residual materials and cooling water in the equipment, and apply rust proof oil to protect the metal parts.
Store in a dry and ventilated environment, covered with a dust cover to prevent dust from entering.
