The HSZJ series vacuum stirring system is a homogenization equipment mainly composed of a water (steam) bath heating vacuum stirring tank, a buffer tank, and a condenser tank, which is widely used in industries such as medicine, food, and fine chemicals. In the production of soft capsules, the HSZJ series vacuum stirring system is used in the gelatinization process.

The HSZJ series vacuum mixing tank can withstand certain positive and negative pressures inside. The tank body is a three-layer structure, with a heating medium layer between the inner and middle layers, which can be filled with hot water or steam to heat the materials inside the tank. The insulation material is filled between the middle and outer layers, which does not affect the ambient temperature. The tank body is made of stainless steel and meets GMP requirements. Compact structure, smooth and uniform mixing, low noise.

The buffer tank ensures that materials do not enter the pipeline and vacuum pump during vacuum pumping, avoiding vacuum system failure.

The condenser tank is equipped with cooling pipes inside, which are used to condense and store hot gas (vapor) during evacuation, protecting the vacuum pump from damage.

The vacuum mixing tank body is equipped with a temperature gauge to indicate the temperature inside the tank. The can lid is equipped with a vacuum port, a filling (exhaust) port, a feeding port, a sight glass light, a safety valve, and a pressure gauge, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
