2. Crushing and structural principles:

The KC-710 micro grinder is a mechanical grinder that uses the principle of heavy pressure grinding and cutting to crush materials. Similar to the principle of traditional pedal type iron grinding boats, the fibers in the material are first cut by vertical pressure and horizontal cutting force, and then crushed multiple times to achieve the goal of crushing. Therefore, this model is more suitable for micro crushing plants such as traditional Chinese medicine, tea, and high toughness materials such as keratin, cotton, etc., and has the advantages of other models.

The KC-710 micro grinder consists of a crushing system, an induced draft system, a material collection system, a cooling system, and an electrical control system. 3. Equipment features:

1) The finished product has high fineness, and the pulverization fineness of fibrous materials can reach 8-20 μ m (D98); The crushing fineness of hard and brittle materials is 1-5 μ m (D98), and some special materials are even finer.

2) Good temperature control, first avoid excessive and rapid temperature rise from the perspective of body structure design. Due to the relatively low rotational speed of the grinding wheel, frictional heat is reduced; The induced draft system takes away both the finished powder and some of the heat at the same time; A water-cooled jacket is reserved outside the crushing chamber, which can be cooled by circulating water. These factors work together to ensure a temperature of no more than 40 ℃.

3) The core components have strong wear resistance and long service life. The crushing process of this machine mainly relies on the interaction between the grinding wheel and the grinding steel rail, both of which are consumables. Its manufacturing adopts processes such as firing and multiple forging, which greatly improves its hardness and wear resistance, making it less likely to produce debris and contaminate materials, and enhancing its adaptability to different materials, thus extending its service life.
