Precautions and application of vertical sandwich pot
Date: 2024-09-27Read: 3
The working principle of a vertical sandwich pot is mainly to use the heat source in the sandwich to heat the materials inside the pot. The heat source can be steam, electric heating elements, etc. During the heating process, thermal energy is transferred to the inner layer of the pot through the interlayer, thereby heating the material. Due to its large heating area and high thermal efficiency, the vertical sandwich pot can ensure uniform heating, shorten heating time, and improve production efficiency.
Vertical sandwich pots are widely used in various fields such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, and alcoholic beverages. Some of the applications are introduced as follows:
♦ In the field of food processing, it can be used to make broth, stew meat, stir fry vegetables, and make jam;
♦ In the pharmaceutical field, it can be used to extract active ingredients from medicinal herbs;
♦ In the dairy and alcohol industries, it can be used for heating and mixing during processing and brewing.
Precautions for using a vertical sandwich pot
1. Before use, check whether the safety accessories of the equipment (such as pressure gauges, safety valves, exhaust nozzles, etc.) are intact and do not operate without any safety accessories.
2. Check whether the steam pipeline connection is firm and reliable, ensuring that the steam has been depressurized and the inlet pressure does not exceed the rated working pressure of the equipment.
3. During the heating process, it should be ensured that there are already materials or solutions in the interlayer pot to avoid equipment damage caused by empty pot heating.
4. Monitor the pressure gauge to ensure that the working pressure is within the safe range, and adjust the safety valve settings if necessary to maintain a stable pressure environment.
After the heating is completed, the intake valve should be closed in a timely manner and the residual condensed water in the interlayer should be discharged to ensure the normal use of the equipment and extend its service life.
