Main structural description of fermentation tank
Three part structure: tank and control box, air compressor (air compression station), steam generator (boiler room), mainly introducing the tank and control box.
The tank body is made of general stainless steel:
Tank structure: The main material is a fully stainless steel 316L tank, and there are basically no dead corners inside the tank; Equipped with dedicated sampling and discharging valves for fermentation tanks, as well as transfer pipelines. Adopting a large angle liquid level observation mirror inside the tank, 12V safety sight light, with temperature PH、 DO, The tank top is equipped with 1 exhaust port, 1 pressure gauge, 1 safety valve, 1 foam sensor interface, 1 strain inoculation port, 1 defoamer interface, 1 acid (alkali) interface, 2 feeding interfaces, and 1 light viewing port
Tank side interface: 1 inlet, 1 sampling valve interface, 1 temperature, PH, DO interface each.
Tank bottom interface: 1 discharge interface.
There are basically no dead corners in the design of sampling valves and discharge valves, and they can be sterilized separately
Tank body: design pressure of 0.3Mpa; jacket: design pressure of 0.35Mpa; optimized flow design; all metal parts and pipelines in contact with the material are made of stainless steel; non-metallic parts require high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, non toxicity, and environmental protection. Needle valves, ball valves, and diaphragm valves (standard diaphragms, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance) can be equipped with controllers of different performance.
The controller can perform the most basic functions and consists of the following parts:
(1) Parameter input and display device, used to input various parameters for controlling fermentation conditions and display the measured values of temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen (DO) of the culture solution in the tank during the fermentation process.
(2) The electrode calibration device is used to calibrate pH electrodes, DO electrodes, etc.
(3) Acid and alkali pumps are used to add acid or alkali solution to the fermentation tank to adjust the pH of the culture medium.
(4) The defoamer adding pump is used to add defoamer to the fermentation tank to eliminate excessive foam during fermentation.
(5) When there is a malfunction in the circuit during the fermentation process, such as temperature or DO flashing on the display screen, which exceeds the measured value of the machine, the alarm red light will light up and emit a "beep, beep..." sound.
(6) The automatic or manual control button is used to determine whether the controller is in automatic or manual control mode.
(7) Electrode connection wires: connection wires, respectively connected to pH and temperature electrodes
