The entire sterilization process of the hydrogen peroxide generator is divided into five stages: dehumidification, preheating, regulation, sterilization, and residue removal. The specific stages are as follows:
(1) Dehumidification stage
By using a clean room air conditioning system, the relative humidity of the indoor environment is reduced to the humidity range required for biological decontamination; Relative humidity ≤ 55% RH, then turn off the air conditioning system;
(2) Preheating stage
The equipment preheats its own pipelines to ensure that vaporized hydrogen peroxide gas does not condense due to cold in the pipelines, allowing the gas to fully vaporize;
(3) Adjustment stage
Inject hydrogen peroxide solution into a vaporizer to vaporize it into hydrogen peroxide vapor, and input it into a closed space through a fan until the expected concentration is reached;
(4) Sterilization stage
Automatically adjust the dosage, continue to input hydrogen peroxide vapor, and maintain the expected concentration;
(5) Disability elimination stage
Stop inputting hydrogen peroxide vapor, and the equipment will automatically enter the hydrogen peroxide removal stage. The equipment pipeline will be removed and further discharged through the equipment's removal system and the ventilation system of the sterilization space until the hydrogen peroxide concentration reaches below the safe concentration.
