Li Bin cited data from the National Bureau of Statistics in his speech, pointing out that China's annual production of fruit and vegetable waste exceeds 400 million tons and is increasing year by year. Conventional composting treatment has slow maturation and serious nitrogen loss; Waste from fruit processing causes secondary environmental pollution and other issues. Many fruit and vegetable companies want to try recycling technology, but they are worried that the results of small-scale trials may lead to problems and uncertainty about whether the products can be accepted by the market, ultimately missing out on development opportunities.
