The GZL-20 production freeze-drying machine adopts a pulsating pre vacuum steam sterilization method, equipped with Fo value display and recording, and has complete safety interlock and interlocking functions. The box is equipped with cooling function. Triple overpressure protection ensures safety. The design of the high-pressure pressure vessel for the box body, and all components during the manufacturing process are inspected and tested by industrial X-ray machines to ensure overall stability and high pressure resistance. The valves of the in-situ disinfection system are all imported components with a temperature resistance of over 350 ℃. Pneumatic actuators are all made of imported components to ensure stable, safe and reliable operation. The pipeline of the in-situ disinfection system adopts automatic track welding to ensure that the welding is firm and beautiful. The SIP system pipeline vacuum leak detection is carried out using a helium mass spectrometer to ensure that the vacuum system meets high vacuum requirements. After disinfection, residual moisture is removed using a German imported water ring pump with high pumping speed for efficient removal. The disinfection temperature can reach 150 ℃.
