1、 Core architecture and process principles
The multifunctional extraction and concentration unit adopts a modular integrated design, integrating the four functional systems of extraction, concentration, separation, and recovery, to meet the refined production needs of fields such as medicine, food, and chemical engineering. Its core components include:
Extraction tank: equipped with a stirrer and jacket heating device, supporting normal pressure, micro pressure, and dynamic countercurrent extraction modes, increasing the contact area between medicinal materials and solvents by more than 50%;
• Condensation recovery system: Multi stage spiral tube condenser combined with vacuum pump set, achieving a solvent recovery rate of ≥ 95% and reducing production costs by 30%;
Intelligent control system: Integrated PLC and HMI human-machine interface, can preset 25 sets of process parameter formulas, real-time monitoring of key indicators such as temperature (± 1 ℃) and vacuum degree (0.08-0.095MPa).
2、 Dynamic process flow
1. Efficient extraction
By infiltrating the cell wall of medicinal herbs with solvents such as ethanol and water, the target active ingredient is dissolved. Vacuum low-temperature (40-60 ℃) extraction technology is used to protect thermosensitive substances, resulting in a 40% increase in extraction efficiency compared to traditional processes;
Innovative reflux design allows the secondary steam to condense and reflux back to the extraction tank, forming a solvent recycling system and reducing raw material waste.
2. Precise concentration
External heating natural circulation concentrator combined with vacuum negative pressure evaporation, with a concentration rate of 1.3-1.4kg/m ² · h and a maximum ointment specific gravity of 1.4g/cm ³;
• Segmental temperature control (45-80 ℃) avoids the thermal decomposition of active ingredients, inhibits the generation of foam, and ensures the purity of liquid medicine.
3. Intelligent Separation
Integrated centrifugal filtration and membrane separation technology, capable of separating impurities with a particle size of 0.1-10 μ m, with a target component recovery rate of ≥ 98%;
The solvent recovery system adopts gradient distillation process, and the purity of organic solvent recovery reaches 99.5%, which meets environmental emission standards.
3、 Industry application scenarios
Pharmaceutical manufacturing: When extracting effective ingredients from traditional Chinese medicine, the extraction rate of ligustrazine is increased to 92%, which is suitable for the production of injection and oral liquid formulations;
Food processing: Natural flavors (such as rose essential oil) are extracted with a purity of 99%, retaining intact aromatic substances;
In the field of environmental protection, the adsorption capacity of heavy metal ions in industrial wastewater is increased by three times, and the efficiency of recovering metals such as copper and zinc is ≥ 85%.
