1、 Core technological advantages
1. Low temperature freshness locking process
The TLB-700 ultrafine grinding unit is used to operate in a controllable temperature environment ranging from -5 ℃ to 45 ℃. The variable frequency feeding system is used to match the grinding speed, ensuring that the retention rate of thermosensitive components such as green tea polyphenols and chlorophyll exceeds 95%. The three-level aggregate system achieves precise control of particle size between 1-50 μ m, meeting the fineness requirements of ultrafine green tea powder according to the food additive standard (GB 2760).
2. Whole process clean control
Equipped with 304 stainless steel contact parts and a two-stage dust removal system (bag+filter cartridge), the dust leakage rate is less than 0.1mg/m ³, meeting the GMP workshop cleanliness standard of 100000 level. A fully enclosed production line design from raw material crushing to finished product packaging, eliminating heavy metal and microbial contamination.
3. Customized production system
Provide process adaptation solutions for different application scenarios: baking powder uses 200-400 mesh coarse powder to maintain flavor substances, while beverage instant powder is processed to above 800 mesh to enhance solubility. Support integrated services for material processing and formula development.


2、 Typical processing flow
1. Preprocessing stage
After withering and drying, fresh leaves are processed into ≤ 5mm fragments by TLP-250 shear crusher, with a moisture control of ≤ 6%, and then sent to the buffer bin through a negative pressure conveying system.
2. Ultra fine grinding process
The material undergoes rolling and shearing by grinding wheels (alloy quenched material) and tracks inside the TLB-700 host, combined with -20 ℃ cold air flow to assist in cooling, achieving a cell wall breaking rate of ≥ 98%. The PLC control system monitors the spindle temperature and energy consumption in real-time (≤ 0.5 degrees/kg output).
3. Finished product grading processing
The cyclone separator collects powders of different fineness according to density differences, and the fiber filter cartridge is used for secondary filtration to ensure the purity of the finished product. Finally, vacuum packaging was carried out after metal detection and water activity testing.
