Using POSITISIL ® ODS-P (4.6 * 250mm, 5 µ m) chromatographic column was used to determine the content of Ganmao Qingre Granules using high-performance liquid chromatography according to the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The detection of puerarin met the experimental requirements.

Preparation of test solutionTake the product under the difference in loading amount, grind it finely, take about 0.8g [specification (1)], or about 0.4g [specification (2)], or about 0.27g [specification (3)], or about 0.2g [specification (4)], weigh it precisely, place it in a conical flask with a stopper, add 50ml of 30% ethanol precisely, seal it tightly, weigh it, sonicate (power 250W, frequency 33kHz) for 20 minutes, let it cool, weigh it again, make up for the lost weight with 30% ethanol, shake well, filter, and take the continuous filtrate.
