The number of theoretical plates calculated based on the peak of salidroside should not be less than2000

Sample configuration

Preparation of reference solutionTake an appropriate amount of salidroside reference substance, accurately weigh it, and add methanol to prepare a solution containing 0.5mg per 1ml.

Preparation of test solutionTake about 0.5g of the powder of this product (sieved through the third sieve), weigh it accurately, place it in a conical flask with a stopper, add 10ml of methanol accurately, seal the stopper, weigh it, sonicate for 30 minutes, let it cool, weigh it again, make up for the lost weight with methanol, shake well, filter, and take the filtrate to obtain the final product.
