Everyone is familiar with capsules, and many Western and traditional Chinese medicines are packaged in capsule form for us to consume. Capsules are very practical and convenient products for us. The lack of capsules is a barrier for drug packaging and medication.
Many people may not have specifically considered the production of capsules. In fact, capsules, like many other products, are produced and processed by professional capsule equipment.
So capsule equipment is one of the important instruments for many pharmaceutical companies. The selection of all capsule devices is not only important for these pharmaceutical companies, but also for us consumers.
Any machine that wants to have a long service life cannot do without daily maintenance, and capsule filling machines are no exception.
1. Check the operation records of the previous shift's equipment during daily shift handover to troubleshoot any issues.
2. Keep the internal and external parts of the equipment clean, such as bearings, gears, groove camshafts, bushings, etc., and prevent dust and debris from entering. Especially for the rolling bearings in the groove line of the cam, the spiral rolling bearings with end face curves, and the straight line of the center plate, they must be cleaned thoroughly, regularly cleaned, and lubricated with grease.
3. All bearings, guide posts, and live blocks should be lubricated with grease after a certain period of time. Cams, pulleys, rollers, gears, chains, and sprockets should also be regularly dripped or lubricated.
4. Check the tightness of the transmission chain once a week and adjust it, eliminate fouling, and apply lubricating grease.
5. Replace the lubricating oil in the main transmission reduction box of the capsule filling machine after running for 250-300 hours, check the powder feeding mechanism reducer, and replenish the lubricating oil.
6. Strictly prevent oil and grease substances from infiltrating the power-off brake to ensure the reliability of power-off braking.
7. When changing the type of medicine powder, use gauze dipped in alcohol to clean the parts, upper and lower bag plate holes, countertops, and other components that come into contact with the medicine powder, and remove dust from the sealing guide ring and electrical control cabinet. If the type of medicine powder is not changed for a long time, it should also be cleaned regularly.
8. For the vacuum system, change the circulating water in the circulating water tank once a week to ensure the cleanliness of the vacuum pump: regularly open and clean the clogged dirt in the filter.
