The basic principle of colloid mill is that fluid or semi fluid materials are subjected to strong shear force, friction force, and high-frequency vibration through high-speed relative linkage between fixed teeth and moving teeth. This machine is mainly suitable for industries such as food industry, chemical industry, daily chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, and construction industry.

Below, the editor will briefly introduce the main structural characteristics of colloid mills, as shown below:

1. Imported stator and rotor core components, made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials, with a long service life.

2. The colloid mill motor is controlled by a frequency converter, with low current impact and adjustable speed according to requirements.

3. Internal tooth structure, small volume, low energy consumption.

4. Various modified asphalt varieties such as SBS, SBR, EVA, PE, waste rubber powder, and rock asphalt can be sheared and ground.

5. The gap between colloid mills can be adjusted within the range of 0.1-5mm.

6. It can successfully grind asphalt with up to 20% polymer in one go, and the SBS particle size can reach 0.1 μ m. Its shear grinding ability is 10 times that of ordinary colloid mills, greatly reducing the residence time of asphalt at high temperatures and preventing high-temperature aging.
