The JLR-100 soft capsule machine is a newly developed product by our company, which combines the production process and characteristics of soft capsules, adopts new technologies and materials, and is carefully designed in accordance with GMP requirements. Adopting a single-phase 220V power supply, it is mainly used for the development or small-scale production trial of soft capsule products in laboratories and pharmaceutical research institutions. This machine utilizes various automatic control technologies, with simple operation, stable performance, and reliable operation. The complete set of equipment includes a host and control system, a dryer, a vacuum mixing tank (JLG-60), a set of air coolers, a set of molds, and a movable platform. The equipment is made of high-quality materials that meet GMP requirements and is widely used in various industries such as medicine, food, cosmetics, and health products.
The host of the machine is the core equipment, which functions to simultaneously prepare the adhesive film, supply the contents quantitatively, and encapsulate the capsules into pills. The JLG-60 vacuum mixing tank is capable of storing and delivering adhesive under ground pressure. The dryer is a rotary cage type used for shaping and drying soft capsules. Below, the editor will briefly introduce the structural composition of the JLR-100 soft capsule machine, as shown below:
♦host
The host is the core equipment of the soft capsule machine, which is responsible for simultaneously preparing the adhesive film, quantitatively supplying the contents (liquid and paste materials), and encapsulating the capsules into pills.
♦chiller
The chiller unit is mainly used for rubber refrigeration.
♦dryer
The dryer consists of one rotary cage and one fan. The capsule can be left inside the rotating cage to dry or discharged by adjusting the direction of rotation. Drying machines are mainly used for shaping and drying in the production of soft capsules, and can also be used for dynamic drying of granular materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.
♦electric control system
The electrical system is the control center of the soft capsule machine, used for automatic control of the entire equipment.
♦mobile platform
The mobile platform is used to place components such as the host, dryer, and electrical control box, making it easy to flexibly move the working position of the host.
