The JLR-100 soft capsule machine is our company's latest developed new product, which combines the production process and characteristics of soft capsules, adopts new technologies and materials, and is carefully designed in accordance with GMP requirements. This machine is mainly used for the development or small-scale production trial of soft capsule products in laboratories and pharmaceutical research institutions. The JLR-100 soft capsule machine utilizes various automatic control technologies, with simple operation, stable performance, and reliable operation. The whole machine adopts optimized design, with complete functions and compact structure. The entire equipment includes a host and control system, a set of air coolers, a vacuum mixing tank (JLG-60), a dryer, a set of molds, and a movable platform. The entire equipment is made of high-quality materials and meets GMP requirements, suitable for various industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and health products.

Below, the editor will briefly introduce the main structure of the soft capsule production line, as shown below:

　　host

The host is the core equipment of the soft capsule machine, which is responsible for simultaneously preparing the adhesive film, quantitatively supplying the contents (liquid and paste materials), and encapsulating the capsules into pills.

　　mobile platform

The mobile platform is used to place components such as the host, dryer, and electrical control box, making it easy to flexibly move the working position of the host.

　　electric control system

The electrical system is the control center of the soft capsule machine, used for automatic control of the entire equipment.

　　dryer

The dryer consists of one rotary cage and one fan unit. By adjusting the direction of the rotary cage, the capsules can be left inside the rotary cage for drying or discharged. Drying machines are mainly used for shaping and drying in the production of soft capsules. It can also be used for dynamic drying of granular materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.
