1. Product Overview

This kit uses a double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) specifically designed for in vitro quantitative detection of phosphatidylcholine (PC) concentration in mouse serum, plasma, or tissue homogenate samples. The product is for scientific research purposes only.

4. Experimental steps

Sample preparation

Serum: Let it stand at room temperature for 2 hours, centrifuge at 2000 × g for 20 minutes, and collect the supernatant

Plasma: EDTA anticoagulant, treated with the same method

Tissue homogenate: Add physiological saline homogenate at a ratio of 1:9 and centrifuge

Testing Process

Room temperature equilibration reagent for 30 minutes → Add 100 μ L of standard/sample to each well → Incubate at 37 ℃ for 90 minutes → Wash the plate 5 times → Add 100 μ L of enzyme labeled antibody → Incubate at 37 ℃ for 60 minutes → Wash the plate 5 times → Add 50 μ L of substrate A/B each → Color development in the dark for 15 minutes → Add 50 μ L of termination solution → Measure OD value at 450nm

5. Precautions

The reagent needs to be equilibrated to room temperature (20-25 ℃) before use

The board needs to be cleaned thoroughly, as residual liquid may cause deviation in the results

Different batch numbers of reagents cannot be mixed

Color developer should avoid strong light exposure

Suggest retesting for outlier samples

6. Quality control

Standard curve: R ² ≥ 0.99 is effective

Recovery rate: 85% -115% is within the qualified range

Validity period: 6 months (stored at 2-8 ℃)
