In biological research, how to effectively prevent sample contamination in ELISA experiments has become a topic faced by teachers. Sample contamination not only affects the accuracy of experimental results, but can also lead to the failure of the entire study. Firstly, it is crucial to collect samples correctly. When collecting blood samples, hemolysis and bacterial contamination should be avoided to prevent false positive results. In addition, attention should be paid to non polluting operations during the processing and storage of samples, especially avoiding repeated freezing and thawing, which may affect protein activity and lead to experimental result bias. Meanwhile, fresh and uncontaminated materials should be used as much as possible for the samples. For the processing of tissue samples, detailed pretreatment and sufficient homogenization are required, followed by centrifugation under low temperature conditions to remove impurities and unnecessary cellular components. Effective sample management is the foundation for obtaining quality experimental data. For reference only!
