Brief Introduction

The freeze-dried eight connected tube is made of medical grade polypropylene (PP) material, which is resistant to high temperature (121 sterilization), free of DNA/RNA enzyme contamination, and compatible with fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument. The freeze-drying process can pre install reaction reagents, reduce operational steps, and improve experimental efficiency. Optical performance: Transparent version (transmittance of 90%) compatible with bottom fluorescence detection instruments (such as ABI7500), white version enhances signal intensity (such as Roche480). Preparation before use: Disinfect, soak or expose to ultraviolet radiation for disinfection before use to avoid contamination. Check the bottom of the pipe for cracks or white spots to ensure integrity. Reagent reconstitution: Freeze dried reagents should be added to RNase free water or buffer solution according to the instructions, gently mixed, and centrifuged (1000g, 1min) to remove bubbles.
