The workplace of the machine should be spacious, ventilated, and equipped with reliable fire prevention equipment. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in the workplace.
After each startup, idle for three minutes until the machine runs normally before evenly feeding; Please make sure to remove hard debris from the raw materials and prevent stones, metals, flammable and explosive materials from entering the hopper to avoid damaging the machine.
The driving direction of the vibrating screen of the swing pellet machine is set to stand at the feeding end, facing the direction of material flow, and observe the position of the motor. The left-hand side is driven in the left direction, and the right-hand side is driven in the right direction. This vibrating screen adopts a symmetrical design with pulleys on both sides. Changing the motor position can achieve a change in the left and right driving direction.
The spring must be in a vertical position, and the spring fixing bracket is fixed on the ear shaft of the sieve box.
According to the on-site usage situation, the ideal screening effect can be achieved by appropriately increasing or decreasing the number of secondary eccentric blocks and adjusting the amplitude.
Do not insert your hands into the hopper or use other tools to dispense materials during normal operation to avoid danger. Gradually add a small amount of wet material before stopping work to ensure smooth discharge after starting up the next day.

The lubricating oil in the gearbox and the lubricating grease in the inner cavity of the rolling shaft should be replaced regularly.
Before operating the machine, carefully check whether the fasteners in each part of the machine are loose.
All parts of the particle manufacturing section should be cleaned regularly.
The machine must be operated at no-load for 3-5 minutes, and then put into production after it returns to normal. It is not advisable to add too much material during feeding, and it is advisable to maintain about 2/3 of the volume.
To ensure the lubrication conditions of the worm gear transmission in the gearbox, the temperature rise of the gearbox during operation should be less than 50 degrees.
