2. Connect the power cord and power on (plug in the upper right corner behind the device);

3. Turn on the power switch (located in the upper right corner of the front of the device);

4. Slowly open the gas needle valve until the lamp head is lit.

5. Slowly open the auxiliary gas needle valve (located at the bottom left corner behind the device) until both lamp heads emit slender blue flames, and it will start working (the thinner the flames, the better).

6. Place the ampoule on the tray and do not immediately put it into the flame. First, check if the flame is at the center point of the tray and at the desired sealing height (simply loosen a knob on the bracket to choose freely, and then tighten it).

7. Place the ampoule filled with the medicine solution back into the center of the tray and flame. Slowly and evenly rotate the bottle with your left hand, and when it turns red, use tweezers with your right hand to pull off the upper part.

8Laboratory Ampoule Sealing MachineAfter the work is completed, the auxiliary gas valve must be turned off first, and then the gas valve must be turned off.
