3、 Specific operating methods

1Place the bottle filled with liquid and capped onto the lower tray, and lean it against itVOn the support block, hold the bottle with one hand and pull the handle downwards with the other hand towards the back. At this point, the tray lifts the bottle upwards until the bottle cap is tightly pressed against the capping head.

2After the bottle cap is tightly pressed against the capping head, the three continuously rotating capping blades rotate several times to tighten the bottle cap. The motor must run clockwise.

3Push the handle forward to make the rolled lid return to its original position with the tray. The entire operation process is completed. Repeat the above operation for each bottle cap rolled in the future.

4、 Adjustment of the cover head of the electric rolling mill

This machine is equipped with multiple capping heads, which can be selected according to the size of different bottle caps. Before formal use, you can try using a bottle.

1The lid is not tightly rolled, you can unscrew the locking nut of the lid head and rotate it counterclockwise to remove the upper lid head（5）Then tighten the fixing nut.

2The lid is rolled too tightly and there is a phenomenon of unscrewing the bottle cap. You can unscrew the locking nut of the upper rolling cover head and screw it clockwise into the upper rolling cover head, then lock the upper fixing nut.

3The lower edge of the bottle cap cannot be tightened, and the eccentricity of the three rolling blades can be adjusted appropriately according to the actual situation. If the bottle is too tight and crushed, the eccentricity of the three rolling blades can be adjusted appropriately.
