1、 Preparation before operation
1. Personal protection
Operators must wear safety helmets, protective goggles, dust masks, and chemical resistant gloves to avoid contact with moving parts or splashing materials.
2. Equipment inspection
Confirm that the power switch is in the off state, and check whether all components of the equipment (such as the mixer and transmission system) are intact, without looseness or abnormalities.
Verify that the safety protection devices (emergency stop button, safety door) are functioning properly and ensure that the workbench is free of debris.
2、 Operation process
1. Start up and feeding
Start the interlocking equipment (such as vibrating screen, dust collector, feeder) in reverse order to avoid system overload.
Slowly add the material to the rated load, strictly prohibit excessive operation, and monitor the amount of steam added to maintain the tempering effect.
2. Operation monitoring
Observe the operation status of the equipment. If there is any abnormal vibration or noise, stop the machine immediately for troubleshooting.
During operation, do not leave the device. Temporary departure requires a pause in operation.
3、 Emergency response
1. Emergency stop
In case of unexpected situations (such as material blockage or equipment overheating), immediately press the emergency stop button and cut off the power supply.
2. Accident reporting
Protect the site, have professional personnel conduct maintenance, and prohibit unauthorized handling.
4、 Maintenance and Cleaning
1. Daily maintenance
Regularly clean the mixing bin to prevent residue from corroding the equipment.
Check the gap between the feeding screw (standard 0.6cm), if the wear exceeds 1.27cm, it needs to be replaced.
2. Lubrication and Inspection
Regularly lubricate the transmission components and have them thoroughly inspected by professional personnel.
By strictly implementing the above regulations, risks such as mechanical injuries and electrical fires can be effectively reduced, ensuring production safety.
