With the rapid development of large-scale aquaculture, cow manure pollution has become a difficult point in environmental protection management. The traditional composting method has problems such as long cycle (30-45 days), low efficiency, and high risk of secondary pollution. The horizontal spiral belt mixer, through integrated design and dynamic aerobic fermentation technology, shortens the cow manure treatment cycle to 7-8 days and increases the organic matter retention rate by more than 20%. This device is rapidly becoming the core equipment for the resource utilization of livestock manure.

Equipment structure

-U-shaped container structure: made of 316L stainless steel material, with a volume coverage of 0.3-40m ³, mirror polished (Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m) to reduce material adhesion.

-Double layer screw belt system:

-The outer spiral belt pushes the cow manure from both sides towards the center, forming a squeezing dehydration zone;

-The inner spiral belt diffuses the material from the center to both sides, promoting oxygen exchange.

-Modular functional unit: optional heating jacket (thermal oil/steam), vacuum dehydration system or CIP cleaning device to meet the needs of different process stages.

working principle

1. Solid liquid separation stage: Fresh cow manure is fed through a feeding tube, and the screw press mechanism achieves solid-liquid separation under centrifugal force, reducing the moisture content of the filter residue to 60-65%.

2. Mixed fermentation stage:

-Add microbial agents and auxiliary materials such as straw, and use the screw belt to achieve material flipping at 10-50 rpm in both forward and reverse directions;

-The jacket heating maintains the optimal fermentation temperature of 55-65 ℃ to accelerate the humification process.

3. Discharge and post-processing: Pneumatic large opening door for rapid discharge (residual rate<0.1%), granular materials directly enter the granulation process.

>Technological breakthrough point: The vortex effect generated by the movement of the snail belt increases the oxygen contact area by 300% and microbial activity by 40%, which is the key mechanism for shortening the fermentation cycle.
