Overview：

Spray drying equipment is a new type of high-efficiency drying process equipment. It can dry solution, emulsion, paste and heat sensitive materials through spray. Generally, it evaporates water within a few seconds and transforms into powdered, granular hollow spheres or round products that meet production requirements. It is an ideal drying equipment for industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and chemical engineering.

working principle：

The liquid material (filtered liquid material) is fed into a high-speed rotating centrifugal atomization disc. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the rotary disc, the liquid material extends into a thin film on the rotating surface and continuously moves towards the edge. When it leaves the edge, it is atomized. The atomized droplets (with greatly increased surface area) exchange heat with hot air and quickly complete the drying process within 10-30 seconds.

Product Features：

1. The drying speed is fast, usually only 5-15 seconds, with instantaneous drying characteristics (can evaporate 95%~98% of water in an instant). The material completes the drying process in a short period of time, suitable for drying heat sensitive materials, and can maintain the color, aroma, and taste of the material;

2. The production process is simplified, the operation control is simple, and it is suitable for continuous control production. The liquid with a moisture content of 40-90% can be dried into powder in one go, reducing processes such as crushing and screening, and improving product purity;

3. The product has good dispersibility, fluidity, and solubility. The particle size, looseness, and moisture content of the product can be adjusted within a certain range by changing the operating conditions, making control and management very convenient.

1. Chemical industry: Sodium chloride, alkaline dyes and pigments, dye intermediates, compound fertilizers, formaldehyde silicate, catalysts, white carbon black, etc.

2. Plastic resin: AB, ABS lotion, urea formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, sealant formaldehyde resin, polyethylene, PVC, etc.
3. Food industry: high-fat milk powder, gelatin, cocoa milk powder, milk replacer powder, pig blood powder, egg white (yellow), etc.
4. Food and plants: oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant tea, spice meat, protein, soybean, peanut protein, hydrolysate, etc.
5. Carbohydrates: corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium sorbate, etc.
