Product Introduction:
The plate pulse vacuum dryer is a vacuum box drying device specially developed by our company for the characteristics of high sugar content, low temperature, easy overflow, and easy foaming of traditional Chinese medicine extracts. It is a high-speed drying equipment. Solved the shortcomings of low efficiency and high energy consumption in traditional vacuum drying; The dried extract of the meridian is loose, porous, of uniform quality, and easy to crush.
breakthrough:
1. The left and right sides of each layer of the drying rack are equipped with pulse solenoid valves to control the jet pipes separately, and the height can be adjusted to achieve good results for different materials
2. Pulse puncture is controlled by the program, and according to the foaming situation of the material, the signal is transmitted to the pulse valves on the left and right sides. The capillary tubes blow towards the material in a cross direction in sequence
3. Using flat heating, the material is heated evenly, the heat exchange area is increased, and the heat absorption rate is improved; Heating adopts four in and four out to ensure temperature uniformity within ± 2℃within
4. Optional inner wall heating prevents water vapor from liquefying and dripping into the medicine when it encounters the cold plate, and avoids unnecessary secondary evaporation of condensed water, greatly increasing drying efficiency
5. Adopting multi-point vacuum pumping, the auxiliary vacuum interface connected to the bottom and the sewage outlet is converted into the main vacuum interface through a three-way valve. If there is some condensed water, it can be directly evacuated by breaking the vacuum (the vacuum pipeline is equipped with a check valve to prevent backflow), without the need for secondary evaporation.
6. Adopting PLC touch screen control to achieve automatic control of various programs and online display and printing functions of various parameters. All valves are electric or pneumatic, automatically opening or closing
7. Install a heating respirator at the vent, with temperature control. The replaced clean air will enter the chamber after heating and will not condense, preventing the dried material from being dampened again
8. The vacuum pump adopts variable frequency speed regulation, with staged speed regulation for vacuum pumping, to prevent the overflow of the paste and accelerate the extraction of water and gas
9. All pipes inside the device chamber are detachable, and the drying rack can be pulled out of the box for easy cleaning; Online soaking and cleaning can also be optional
Working Principle:
Load the materials into a drying tray and place them on a heated flat plate inside the box. Under vacuum, continuously reduce pressure and increase pressure, and use a vacuum pump to remove the solvent (with the addition of a condensation recovery system) to achieve rapid drying.
