SYH series 3D motion mixer

Product Overview:The SYH series 3D motion mixer, due to the multi-directional movement of the mixing barrel, has multiple cross mixing points for the materials inside the barrel, resulting in high mixing efficiency. The uniformity can reach over 99.9%, and the maximum loading coefficient can reach 0.9 (ordinary mixers have a loading coefficient of 0.4-0.6). The mixing time is short and the efficiency is high. The machine is designed with a mixed barrel body, and the inner wall of the barrel is finely polished, which does not pollute the material, is easy to discharge, and is easy to clean.

Performance Characteristics
The cylinder of the material is driven by the active shaft to undergo a compound motion of translation, rotation, and rolling, which promotes the material to move in three directions along the cylinder, thereby achieving the mutual flow, diffusion, accumulation, and doping of various materials to achieve uniform mixing.

Adapt to materials
The mixing cylinder of this machine moves in multiple directions, and the material has no centrifugal force, no specific gravity segregation, layering, or accumulation phenomenon. The weight ratios of each component can vary greatly, and the mixing rate is high. It is currently an ideal product among various mixers.
The loading rate of the cylinder is high, reaching up to 90% (ordinary mixer is only 50%), with high efficiency and short mixing time.
