The weighing module is a new sensor application structure that not only ensures the high accuracy and long-term stability of the shear beam sensor, but also solves the problem of weighing errors caused by improper installation.Electronic weighing moduleIt can be divided into three modules, namely acquisition module, controller module, and display module. The acquisition module consists of A/D conversion, pressure sensor, and signal processing. Sensors collect signals, convert gravity signals into digital signals through A/D conversion, and then input them into the controller module. The controller processes the digital weight data and transmits it to the display module to complete the information exchange between humans and machines.

The functional implementation of the electronic weighing module includes the following steps:
  
1. Convert the two analog differential signals collected by the sensor into digital signals through an AD converter;
  
2. Input the digital signal from step S2 into the microcontroller and process it into weight data including weight and weight status;
  
3. The weight data is transmitted to the PC upper computer through a serial converter.
  
Specifically, the weight status of the electronic weighing module includes stable state, zero state, tare weight state, and load state. In addition, in step 3, the weight data is a decimal string including weight, steady state, zero state, tare weight state, and load state, which is then converted into ASCII code and transmitted to the PC host. In addition, weight data can also be transmitted to mobile phones, tablets, or displays through an extended interface connected to the microcontroller.
