The structural principle of high-precision weighing scale
Date: 2024-06-13Read: 2
In modern manufacturing production processes, quality control is a crucial step. In order to ensure the stability of the production process and the quality of the products, manufacturers use high-precision weighing equipment to monitor and detect each step in the production process. The principle of high-precision weighing scales is based on electronic weighing detection technology, which is widely used in fields such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and hardware manufacturing due to its advantages of high precision, long-term stability, and easy maintenance.
The high-precision weighing scale equipment mainly consists of a weighing plate, sensors, and weighing indicators.
1. Weighing board
High precision weighing plates are usually made of high-strength steel plates, which can bear high weight and evenly distribute weight, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the scale. With the increase in production demand, some manufacturers have also developed more suitable special weighing plates, such as stainless steel weighing plates, to adapt to different production scenarios.
2. Sensors
Sensors are one of the core components of high-precision weighing equipment. Multiple sensors are installed under the weighing board to sense changes in object weight and convert the changes into electrical signals that are transmitted back to the circuit board for processing. There are many types of sensors used in high-precision weighing equipment, among which piezoelectric sensors are commonly used due to their high sensitivity, high linearity, and no magnetic interference.
3. Weighing indicator
A weighing indicator is a display screen for high-precision weighing equipment, used to show information such as the weight, unit price, and total count of an object. In practical applications, due to different manufacturer requirements, the construction, display methods, and functions of these indicators vary. When choosing the appropriate indicator, it is necessary to combine different needs to make the selection.
