In order to ensure the normal operation of equipment and improve its service life, daily maintenance and upkeep are important. The following are the daily maintenance and upkeep methods for a closed cycle dryer:
1、 Regular inspection
1. Check the operation status of the equipment daily, including whether the power supply, motor, heater, vacuum pump and other components are working properly.
2. Check the sealing performance of the equipment weekly to ensure good sealing performance of the drying chamber and prevent gas leakage.
3. Check the bearings, seals, and other vulnerable parts of the equipment every month to ensure that they are intact and undamaged.
4. Check the pipelines, valves, and other components of the equipment quarterly to ensure they are unobstructed and leak free.
2、 Regular cleaning
1. Clean the surface of the equipment daily and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dry room.
2. Clean the equipment's filters weekly to prevent material residue from clogging the filters.
3. Clean the heater and condenser of the equipment every month to remove surface dirt and impurities, and improve the heat dissipation effect of the equipment.
4. Clean the pipelines and valves of the equipment every quarter, remove impurities and sediments from the pipelines, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

1. Daily maintenance of the equipment's motor, including checking bearings, lubricating bearings, replacing lubricating grease, etc.
2. Perform weekly maintenance on the seals of the equipment, including replacing seals, lubricating seals, etc.
3. Perform monthly maintenance on the heaters and condensers of the equipment, including inspecting heating elements and replacing damaged ones.
4. Maintain the equipment's pipelines and valves every quarter, including checking the connection of pipelines, replacing damaged valves, etc.
