1、 Pre production inspection:
1. The operator checks the cleaning situation, and based on the "Today's Production" sign and equipment labeling, if the "Cleaned" sign is displayed, the operation can be carried out.
2. Check whether the dry coal equipment and its ancillary equipment (dehumidification mechanism, fan, instrument, meter, etc.) meet the requirements. Fasteners should be free of looseness, components should be complete and intact, valves and pipeline connections should have no leaks, valves and switches should be sensitive and normal, steam pipelines should be unobstructed, and all equipment parts, containers, tools, etc. that come into contact with materials should be clean and hygienic.
3. Remove the "Cleaned" sign and hang the "Running" sign.
2、 Preparation before driving:
1. Clean up the site and remove all obstacles around the machine that affect work and safety.
2. Check whether the connecting screws of the foundation screws are firm.
3. Check the lubrication condition of the bearings and add lubricating oil.
3、 Empty vehicle test run: (Air transfer inspection for the following items)
1. The transmission mechanism operates smoothly without any jamming or abnormal noise, and tests the current balance of the two vibration motors and whether the temperature of the motor casing is normal.
2. Is the safety protection device for exposed transmission parts safe and reliable.
3. Are there any loose fasteners.
4. The normal working condition of the blower and induced draft fan.
5. Other items that should be checked, if any abnormal situations are found, they should be immediately repaired and restarted for trial operation.
4、 Feeding operation:
1. Start the induced draft fan and blower successively, open the inlet valve, heater, and preheat the main unit for 15 minutes, turn on the vibrating bed, check the inlet air temperature, and when the heating temperature basically meets the drying process requirements, start the feeder for feeding.
2. By using the sight glass installed on the vibrating bed, observe the drying condition of the material inside the bed. If necessary, adjust the air volume or heating temperature. After drying for 15 minutes, sample and inspect the quality of the finished product at the discharge point. When the measured quality of the finished product meets the requirements, the normal working state of the equipment should be set and controlled, including the inlet air temperature, exhaust air temperature, feeding flow rate, air volume, air pressure and other indicators.
3. Regularly discharge the material from the cyclone separator to avoid excessive accumulation and malfunction of the induced draft equipment. Replace the water curtain dust collector according to the specified time.
4. When production is completed and the discharge is finished, stop the heating system first. When the temperature in the bed drops below 80C, stop the induced draft fan.
5. After the operation is completed, clean the equipment according to the "ZLGO.5X55 Vibration Fluidized Bed Drying Machine Cleaning Procedure" and hang a green "Cleaned" sign.
