1、 Working principle

2、 Analysis of Drying Process

1. Preheating stage: Before starting drying, the material is first preheated in the heater. This stage is mainly to raise the temperature of the material to the appropriate drying temperature.

2. Heat absorption stage: As the material rolls, its surface begins to absorb heat and water begins to evaporate. During this stage, the temperature of the material gradually increases and moisture continues to evaporate from the material.

3. Constant temperature drying stage: When the material temperature reaches a certain value, it enters the constant temperature drying stage. At this stage, the temperature of the material remains constant and the rate of water evaporation is relatively stable. This is the main drying stage.

4. Cooling stage: When the material reaches a certain degree of dryness, it enters the cooling stage. At this stage, the temperature of the material gradually decreases and the rate of water evaporation also slows down. This stage is mainly to prevent material overheating and quality degradation.

5. Discharge stage: When the material reaches the required dryness level, the discharge port opens and the material is sent out of the dryer. This stage is mainly to timely discharge the dried materials from the dryer to avoid affecting production efficiency.
