After a period of operation of the pressure spray dryer, we need to carry out necessary inspection and maintenance of the spray granulation dryer. For the feeding system, filters, pipelines, valves, nozzles, etc. should be checked for blockages, cleaned regularly, and nozzle wear checked for timely replacement. It is necessary to check whether the material pump leaks oil, whether the pressure is normal, and whether the oil level is normal. For fans, the shaft and bearings should be checked for lack of oil and heat, vibration, noise, etc. If necessary, the fan blades should be cleaned and balanced. For the heater, it is necessary to check whether the heat pipe is normal, and if necessary, clean the filter screens at the oil pipe, oil pump, and oil nozzle. In addition, attention should be paid to whether each motor is heating, vibrating, making abnormal noises, and whether the instruments and electrical appliances in the control cabinet are working properly.

The pressure spray dryer has been running for a long time or due to improper operation, aggregates will appear in some equipment and affect the normal operation. At this time, it is necessary to stop working for cleaning. For cleaning the aggregates in the drying tower, open the cleaning door, use a long broom to sweep the funnel-shaped bottom aggregates, open the discharge valve, and rinse the tower with tap water. The removal of dust in the cyclone separator also requires opening the cyclone separator, sweeping the aggregates with a broom, and if necessary, rinsing with water. For cleaning the bag filter, the control switch should be turned on, continuously tapped, then the cleaning door should be opened, the bag filter should be tapped, and the filter bag should be replaced after Z. For the cleaning of the slurry pipeline system, the discharge valve of the bidirectional filter should be opened to clean the filter screen and pipeline. Then, the material pump should be turned on to replace the material with water, and the pump pipe, pressure regulator bag, and pipeline should be cleaned.
