Four sided aluminum foil packaging machine is a specialized equipment for packaging aluminum foil materials. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, precision, and high degree of automation, and is widely used in fields such as food, medicine, and daily chemical products.
Working principle of four sided aluminum foil packaging machine
The working principle of the four sided aluminum foil packaging machine mainly includes three stages: feeding materials, packaging, and finished product delivery. In the feeding stage, materials are placed in the material box and transported to the packaging position through the feeding device. The packaging material (aluminum foil) is formed into the shape of a packaging bag through a molding device. In the packaging stage, the material is sent into a formed packaging bag, and the four sides of the packaging bag are heat sealed by a heat sealing mechanism to complete the sealing. Finally, in the finished product delivery stage, the packaged products are sent out of the machine and enter the next process or undergo subsequent processing such as packing
The main components of a four sided aluminum foil packaging machine
1. Feeding device: responsible for conveying materials to the packaging position, including material boxes, feeding motors, feeding pulleys, etc.
2. Synchronous motor: used to drive the operation of the machine, controlling the packaging quantity of the product by adjusting the running speed of the motor.
3. Heat sealing mechanism: responsible for heat sealing the four sides of the packaging bag, including heat sealing knife, heater, pressure strip, and motor.
4. Cutting knife: used to cut aluminum foil materials to form suitable packaging bag sizes. The cutting blade is usually composed of a cold cutting blade and a hot cutting blade to adapt to different types of aluminum foil materials.
5. Sensor: used for real-time monitoring of the operating status and abnormal situations of the machine, ensuring the safety and stability of the machine.
6. PLC electrical control system: As the core part of the machine, it is responsible for controlling the operation and parameter settings of the entire equipment to ensure the normal operation of the system.
7. Touch screen display: As a control interface, it facilitates operators to set and control various parameters.
8. Forming device: used to shape aluminum foil packaging materials into the shape of packaging bags, including forming mechanisms and forming plates.
