Common faults and solutions of large indwelling needle sticker manufacturing machine
Date: 2025-05-09Read: 16
1、 Apply curled edges or loose fit
1. Insufficient material adaptability
If the application material does not match the patient's skin type (such as poor breathability or insufficient adhesion), it can easily lead to curling. Suitable materials for application should be selected based on skin characteristics, with priority given to using medical grade silicone or high elasticity non-woven fabric.
Solution: Optimize the material selection process and introduce a dynamic viscosity tester to verify the adhesion performance under different working conditions.
2. Unreasonable pressure parameter settings
Excessive pressure or uneven distribution during mold pressing may cause the edge of the application to curl. Adjust the heat sealing pressure to a uniform state and calibrate the pressure sensor regularly.
Solution: Real time monitoring of the pressing process through a pressure feedback system, combined with servo drive technology to dynamically adjust the pressure value.
2、 Abnormal material transportation
1. Offset or jamming of dressing tape
Uneven tension on the conveyor belt or worn guide wheels can cause the dressing belt to deviate. Check the synchronization of the transmission shaft, clean the guide rail, and replace the worn guide wheel.
Solution: Install a correction device to automatically adjust the position of the dressing tape through a photoelectric sensor.
2. Suction nozzle failed to suck
Insufficient vacuum suction or clogged suction nozzle can cause unstable dressing pickup. Regularly clean the suction nozzle channel and check if the vacuum pump pressure meets the standard (recommended ≥ 0.6MPa).
Solution: Adopt a dual nozzle alternating operation mode to reduce the load on a single nozzle, and configure automatic blockage alarm function.
3、 Positioning deviation and mounting error
1. Visual recognition failure
Lens contamination or light source attenuation can cause misalignment of the application. The lens needs to be cleaned daily and the LED light source group needs to be replaced quarterly.
Solution: Upgrade to a high-resolution CMOS camera and use AI algorithms to compensate for ambient light interference.
2. Insufficient alignment accuracy of the mold
After prolonged operation, the mold may experience micrometer level displacement. It is necessary to use a laser interferometer to detect the position of the mold every week, and recalibrate when the tolerance exceeds ± 0.03mm.
Solution: Use a magnetic positioning module to achieve rapid mold replacement and precise locking.
4、 Abnormal shutdown of equipment
1. Electrical system malfunction
Motor overheating or driver alarms are often caused by overload. Check the status of the cooling fan and optimize the production cycle to avoid continuous overload operation.
Solution: Configure a temperature sensor linked shutdown protection mechanism to automatically cut off power when there is abnormal temperature rise.
2. Software control exception
Program conflicts or communication interruptions may cause downtime. Regularly backup parameter files and upgrade PLC firmware to new versions.
Solution: Deploy a dual machine hot standby system that automatically switches to redundant modules when the main control module fails.
5、 Production data traceability failure
Abnormal MES system interface or loss of sensor signals can result in missing batch data. It is necessary to check the industrial Ethernet connection status daily and regularly verify the data acquisition module.
Solution: Increase data redundancy storage function and synchronize key process parameters to local and cloud storage.
By implementing regular maintenance plans, such as monthly lubrication of transmission components and quarterly replacement of vulnerable parts, the risk of unplanned downtime can be reduced by over 70%. For complex faults, it is recommended to combine vibration spectrum analysis and thermal imaging detection to achieve predictive maintenance.
