1、 Preparation before startup
1. Equipment inspection
Confirm that all transmission components are well lubricated and that there are no foreign objects or blockages in the gears.
Check that the power cord, grounding wire, and emergency stop button are functioning properly to avoid the risk of electrical leakage.
Verify that there is no residual adhesive scale on high-temperature components such as ovens and pressure rollers to prevent uneven heat conduction.
2. Material pretreatment
The substrate (such as non-woven fabric and release paper) needs to undergo electrostatic dust removal to avoid fiber impurities affecting the composite effect.
Preheat the plaster matrix to 60-80 ℃ in advance to improve fluidity and reduce bubbles.
3. Security protection
Operators need to wear heat-resistant gloves, goggles, and anti-static clothing, and long hair needs to be tied up.
Do not wear jewelry to prevent entanglement with transmission components.

2、 Operation process specification
1. Parameter matching
Speed and pressure linkage: At high speeds (>60m/min), the pressure of the low-pressure roller (0.3-0.5MPa) is reduced, and at low speeds (<30m/min), it can be increased to 0.6-0.8MPa.
Temperature control: The melting temperature of the plaster matrix should be stable at 120-140 ℃ to avoid high-temperature degradation or poor adhesion at low temperatures.
2. Key points of composite process
When double-sided coating, the upper and lower coating amount error should be controlled within ± 5% to prevent uneven thickness.
The winding tension should be 10% -15% lower than the unwinding tension to avoid material deformation.
3. Real time monitoring
Inspect composite products every 30 minutes, with a focus on checking edge alignment and absence of bubble defects.
When uneven coating is found, immediately stop the machine and clean the mesh roller to avoid blockage.
3、 Shutdown and maintenance
1. Shutdown steps
Reduce the speed to the lowest gear first, then turn off the heating system, and finally cut off the main power supply.
Drain the residual matrix from the adhesive tank to prevent solidification after cooling.
2. Daily maintenance
Clean the coating roller and scraper daily, and use specialized solvents to avoid corrosion of the coating.
Check the tension of the drive belt every week to prevent slipping and synchronization errors.
3. Periodic maintenance
Calibrate the tension sensor monthly to ensure accurate data feedback.
Replace hydraulic oil every quarter, clean filters, and ensure smooth system operation.
