The main purpose of this equipment is to dry granulation and sieving of traditional Chinese medicine powder in clean workshops. Solid powder is crushed into high-density flakes through stirring, spiral feeding, and roller pressing. It is then cut into small pieces of appropriate size by a pre crushing device and processed into particles within the range of 14-80 by a crushing and sizing device. Qualified materials are screened and collected, while unqualified materials are re compressed or broken. Including dry granulation machine and supporting auxiliary facilities (automatic feeding and screening device).

Equipment model: 200 type. Capacity: 80-250KG. The dry granulation process is fully enclosed, and the particle size is uniform after screening.

The whole set consists of a dry granulation host, crushing, screening, vacuum feeding, cooling system, etc.

Production capacity acceptance: Calculate the average output of qualified particles continuously produced from the same batch of materials, with a processing capacity of 200kg/hour, 12-36 mesh, and a one-time particle collection of not less than 40%. 10-60 mesh, with a one-time grain collection of no less than 65%.

Product system yield acceptance: After each batch of production is completed, the total yield and material balance should meet the following criteria: a) The final qualified product yield should be ≥ 98%; Calculation formula: qualified particles/feeding amount. b) Material balance ≥ 99.5%; Calculation formula: (qualified particles+collectable tailings)/feeding amount.

Product quality requirements: Qualified particles: uniform color and particle size. Solubility meets quality requirements: Solubility: 10g of particle sample is taken and tested according to the solubility soluble particle inspection method under the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition granules (General Rule 0104). The total melting time shall not exceed 3 minutes, and there shall be no equipment friction or detachment of foreign objects or precipitation after melting. Characteristic: Qualified particles must not have significant color differences.
