Working principle of centrifugal spray dryer: after being filtered and heated, the air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber in a spiral shape. The feed liquid passes through the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body, and is (rotated) sprayed into fine mist like liquid beads, which are in parallel contact with hot air and can be dried into finished products in a short time. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.
Precautions for use of centrifugal spray dryer:
During use, the wear and tear of each component of the equipment should be regularly checked, and damaged parts should be replaced in a timely manner.
2. During shutdown, residual materials inside the equipment should be promptly cleaned to prevent equipment blockage and corrosion.
3. Equipment parameters, such as nozzle diameter, spray pressure, hot air temperature, etc., shall be adjusted reasonably according to material characteristics and production requirements.
4. Operators should be familiar with the structure and working principle of the equipment to ensure correct installation and debugging.
5. Users can choose heating methods based on local energy conditions and dust collection and removal methods based on material conditions.
