Pulsating vacuum drying is a new type of drying method, which uses pulsed airflow to continuously bounce the material, increase the surface area of the material, and enable rapid evaporation of moisture. During the drying process, compressed air is injected into the drying chamber by controlling the opening and closing of the air cylinder and solenoid valve, forming a series of pulse air flows.
