1、 Common faults and cause analysis
1. Vibration of the body
Reason: Material scaling or foreign object jamming, unstable foundation, collision between rake teeth and shell, poor gear meshing, or coupling with different shafts.
Solution: Clean up scale or foreign objects, reinforce the foundation, adjust the rake teeth position or replace deformed parts, and correct the concentricity of the coupling.
2. Abnormal vacuum degree
Insufficient vacuum degree: The inlet and outlet are not locked tightly, the shaft end packing cover is loose, the pipeline leaks, or the performance of the vacuum pump decreases.
Unstable vacuum degree: valve/pipeline leakage, shaft seal failure, or low efficiency of vacuum pump.
Solution: Tighten the seals, inspect the leakage points, replace the shaft seal or repair/replace the vacuum pump.
3. The drying time is too long
Reason: Reverse connection of heat source pipeline, worn or broken rake teeth, insufficient steam pressure, excessive loading.
Solution: Reconnect the pipeline, replace the rake teeth, increase the steam pressure, and control the loading amount within the rated range.
4. Abnormal noise in the drying room
Reason: The material contains impurities, rake teeth/shaft deformation, or roller bending.
Solution: Remove impurities and replace deformed parts.
5. Motor overload
Reason: Excessive material input or rake teeth rubbing against the shell.
Solution: Reduce material quantity, adjust rake tooth clearance or replace worn parts.
6. Material pollution (oil pollution)
Reason: Improper installation of the end cap packing gland.
Solution: Apply pressure evenly to the cover or replace the seal.
2、 Maintenance suggestions
1. Regular inspection: Clean the adsorption tower packing, replace aging sealing rings, and avoid abnormal vacuum degree caused by blockage or leakage.
2. Lubrication and maintenance: Regularly lubricate moving parts such as gears and bearings to reduce mechanical wear.
3. Environmental control: Keep the area around the equipment clean to avoid dust or moisture accelerating component corrosion.
