2. Daily cleaning: Regularly clean the dust and dirt in the heater, fan, drying room and other parts, with a focus on cleaning the gaps in the airflow distribution board to maintain the overall cleanliness of the equipment.
3. Lubrication maintenance: Check the oil level of the oil mist device (add 5 # or 7 # mechanical oil to two-thirds full), clean the bearings daily and drip 5-8 drops of lubricating oil, keep the oil level of the reducer at 1/2-2/3, and regularly add or replace gear oil.
4. Bag and air intake system management: Replace the bag promptly if it is found to be damaged or has low drying efficiency, and loosen the steel wire rope after installation; Regularly clean foreign objects at the air inlet to ensure smooth air ducts.
5. Idle processing: When the equipment is not in use, it should be started every 15 days and run for at least 20 minutes to prevent damage to the solenoid valve and cylinder due to dry lubricating oil.
6. Post operation maintenance: After drying, wait for cooling before unloading. After turning off the power, thoroughly clean the capture bag and material container. Dry the cloth bag for later use.
