The main advantages of the automatic closed cycle spray dryer include high efficiency, environmental protection, energy saving and flexibility. This device can quickly dry liquid materials into solid powders or particles in a short period of time, greatly improving production efficiency. Its closed-loop system can recover and utilize the heat and moisture emitted, reducing energy waste and environmental pollution. In addition, the closed cycle spray dryer uses inert gas as the circulation carrier to avoid the leakage and pollution of organic solvents and ensure the safety and environmental protection of operation.
The structure of the full-automatic closed cycle spray dryer includes the following key parts:
• Feeding system: it is responsible for stably and continuously sending the slurry to be dried into the spray drying room. The feeding system includes slurry mixing tanks, peristaltic pumps, atomizers, pipeline valves, and stabilizers.
High speed centrifugal atomizer: uses high-pressure airflow to atomize material droplets into small particles, increasing the contact area between the material and hot air and improving drying efficiency.
Hot air supply system: provides the necessary heat energy for drying, usually including heating devices and air circulation devices, to ensure uniform distribution of hot air in the drying room.
Drying tower: Material particles exchange heat with hot air to achieve rapid drying. The design of the drying tower needs to consider material characteristics and drying process requirements.
Cyclone dust collector and bag filter: used to collect dried product particles and fine powder.
Exhaust gas treatment system: deals with the exhaust gas containing organic solvents generated during the drying process, including condenser, recovery device, and exhaust emission device.
Control system: including PLC+human-machine interface intelligent control system, which can monitor temperature, pressure, wind speed and other parameters in real time, support process data storage and traceability.
