Pressure spray granulation dryerIt is a device that uses a pressure atomizer with the help of a diaphragm pump to atomize solutions or slurry materials into fine droplets, significantly increasing the surface area. After sufficient heat exchange with hot air, it can be quickly dried (in tens of seconds to tens of seconds), thereby obtaining powder or fine particle products. This machine is widely used in industries such as food, chemical, and pharmaceutical.
The maintenance of the pressure spray granulation dryer shall be carried out in layers in combination with daily operation and regular in-depth maintenance to ensure stable operation of the equipment and extend its service life:
1、 Daily maintenance
1. Operation monitoring: Record temperature, pressure, flow rate and other parameters daily, and immediately investigate any abnormalities found
2. Basic cleaning:
Remove residual materials from the drying chamber, cyclone separator, and nozzle to prevent blockage or cross contamination.
Wipe the equipment casing and control cabinet to avoid dust affecting electrical components.
3. Sealing inspection:
Check the airtightness of door seals and pipeline interfaces, and repair leakage points.
Confirm the effectiveness of safety valves and explosion-proof devices.
4. Lubrication management:
Add lubricating oil (recommended 30/40 high-speed mechanical oil) to moving parts such as cylinder sliding rods and bearings.
The oil mist device needs to be kept clean and have sufficient oil volume.
2、 Core component maintenance
1. Atomization system:
• Nozzle cleaning: After disassembly, immerse in clean water or 1-2% nitric acid solution (≤ 65 ℃) to remove residues, and chlorine agents are prohibited.
Pressure regulation: Regularly check the pressure stability of the high-pressure pump, and replace the nozzle in a timely manner if it is worn out.
2. Drying tower and separator:
Remove the accumulated material on the inner wall of the tower and check for deformation or blockage of the cyclone separator.
The bag filter needs to be thoroughly cleaned of dust and replaced immediately if damaged.
3、 Regular deep maintenance
1. Cleaning process:
Stubborn residues are treated using the "alkaline washing (0.5-1% NaOH) → water washing → acid washing (1-2% HNO3) → rinsing" process.
Automated equipment can be programmed to perform online pipeline cleaning (CIP).
2. Replacement of vulnerable parts:
Replace worn nozzles, seals, and filters every 600 operating hours or during shutdown.
3. System calibration:
Calibrate temperature/pressure instruments and test the response sensitivity of safety devices.
4、 Fault prevention
Excessive moisture content: Reduce the feeding amount, increase the exhaust temperature, and increase the air volume.
• Wall sticking: preheat the drying chamber, control the initial flow of spray, and stabilize the composition of feed liquid.
• Decreased evaporation: Clean the heat exchange surface, check the fan airflow and system air leakage.
Abnormal particle size: Adjust the atomizer pressure or dry at room temperature and humidity.
