The Recycling Scheme of Crushed Materials for Swing Granulator
Date: 2025-09-25Read: 7
The swing granulator converts powdered materials into granules by applying certain pressure and friction to the materials. The main components of the equipment include the feed inlet, swing mechanism, granulation screen, forming mold, etc. During the production process, materials are extruded into particles through rotating screens and molds. However, due to various reasons, some materials are not fully formed or pressed unevenly, resulting in crushed materials. In order to reduce waste in production and improve resource utilization, many enterprises are actively exploring effective methods for recycling crushed materials. Here are several common and effective recycling techniques.
1. Using a recycling system for secondary processing
A common method of recycling crushed materials is to install a recycling system to send the crushed materials generated during the production process back to the granulator for secondary processing. The specific method is:
Install a recycling device at the end or discharge port of the production line to collect the crushed materials and send them back to the feeding port of the granulator through the conveying pipeline.
In the recycling system, a screening device can be set up to screen out the broken materials that do not meet the specifications, ensuring that the quality of the recycled materials is high.
The recycling system can be combined with crushing equipment to crush oversized materials, making them easier to re-enter the granulator for further processing.
Through this method, the crushed materials generated during the production process can be effectively recycled, reducing resource waste and minimizing the loss of raw materials.
2. Improve material humidity control
Humidity is one of the important factors affecting particle formation. To reduce the generation of crushed materials, the production efficiency can be improved by optimizing the humidity of the materials.
Humidity monitoring system: Install humidity sensors to monitor the humidity of materials in real time, automatically adjust the humidification system according to production requirements, and ensure that the humidity of materials remains within the range. This can effectively reduce the generation of debris caused by inappropriate humidity.
The coordination of drying and humidification equipment: Before the material enters the granulator, excess moisture is removed through the drying equipment to ensure that the material humidity is moderate; Meanwhile, for materials with insufficient humidity, humidification equipment can be used to increase moisture and achieve granulation effect.
By improving humidity control, the generation of crushed materials can be effectively reduced, and production stability and particle quality can be improved.
3. Use efficient sieves and molds
The design of the sieve and mold directly affects the quality of the particles. If the quality of the sieve and mold is not high, it is easy to cause incomplete particle molding and increase the production of crushed materials. Therefore, improving the design of screens and molds is an important measure to enhance the efficiency of material recycling.
Optimize sieve aperture: Select the appropriate sieve aperture based on the characteristics and production needs of different materials, so that materials can pass through the sieve smoothly and avoid uneven particles caused by sieve sizes that are too small or too large.
Use wear-resistant molds: In order to reduce the generation of debris, molds with strong wear resistance can be selected to extend the service life of the mold and reduce particle unevenness caused by wear.
By improving the sieve and mold, the quality of particles can be effectively improved, reducing the generation of crushed materials from the source.
4. Application of Automation Control System
Modern production lines are increasingly moving towards automation, and the introduction of automated control systems has made the production process more precise and stable. Through an automated control system, production parameters can be adjusted in real-time, reducing human operational errors and minimizing the production of scrap materials.
Automated feeding system: Through sensors and automatic control systems, real-time monitoring of feeding quantity and uniformity is carried out to ensure that materials can enter the granulator evenly, avoiding crushing caused by uneven feeding.
Automated pressure regulation: Through a pressure control system, the working pressure of the granulator is precisely adjusted to ensure that the material can be formed at the ideal pressure, reducing the breakage caused by unstable pressure.
Through the application of automated control systems, production efficiency can be further improved and the generation of crushed materials can be reduced.
In addition to the aforementioned technical measures, continuous optimization of production processes is also an important way to reduce the generation of scrap materials. By regularly checking the working status of equipment, analyzing production data, adjusting production parameters, etc., it is possible to continuously discover and solve material breakage problems.
Data monitoring and analysis: Through real-time monitoring of production data, analyze changes in various parameters during the production process, promptly detect anomalies, and take corresponding optimization measures.
Equipment maintenance and upkeep: Regularly inspect and maintain the equipment to ensure that it is in ideal working condition and avoid the generation of debris caused by equipment failure.
In short, when facing the problem of scrap recycling, enterprises should not only focus on the feasibility of technical solutions, but also continuously optimize the production process to improve equipment efficiency and production benefits.
