A two-dimensional motion mixer refers to a mixer in which the drum can move in two directions simultaneously. The two directions of motion are the rotation of the drum, which swings with the swing frame. The mixed materials undergo left and right back and forth mixing movements with the rotation, flipping, and mixing of the drum, while also swinging with the drum. Under the combined action of these two movements, the materials are fully mixed in a short period of time. This machine is suitable for efficient mixing of granular and powdered materials in industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and light industry.
Installation precautions for two-dimensional motion mixer:
1. The end of the material cylinder with a discharge guide plate should be on the front of the electrical control box;
2. The built-in electrical control box has a grounding device, and users must connect it to the on-site protective grounding system;
3. Before use, a no-load test should be conducted to check if its operation is normal;
4. The guide plate has left and right rotation, so the material barrel cannot be freely reversed. The guide plate is a left-handed material cylinder, which rotates counterclockwise for mixing and clockwise for discharging. The direction of mixing and discharging in a right-handed drum with a guide plate is the opposite. Therefore, the motor wiring should pay attention to the phase sequence to ensure the correct direction of mixing in the drum;
5. When the equipment is running, it is strictly prohibited to stand in the direction where the material cylinder swings.
6. No anchor bolts are required during installation, only installation on a solid and flat ground is required;
7. When closing the lid of the material cylinder, tighten the star shaped handle proportionally to achieve even sealing;
8. Follow the text instructions on the electrical control box for operation. The stop buttons for "swing" and "discharge" are used simultaneously as a trigger. Before starting or changing the direction of the material drum, the stop button must be pressed first to avoid excessive starting current.
