The drying time of wet materials in the drying tower is only 5-8 seconds, and the moisture evaporates instantly. The quality of the dried product is closely related to the drying temperature, wind speed, air volume, and crushing speed.

2、 Structural characteristics

1. To cope with the operating conditions of the mixing motor, change its form and structure

Mixing motors are generally installed vertically using horizontal motors, and motors above 15kW are prone to damage the front bearings. We have designed an independent mounting base for the mixing motor and adopted a vertical motor with a different structure from the horizontal motor, greatly improving the service life of the mixing motor.

2. Characteristics of the mixer

The main shaft of the mixer is always located in the high-temperature zone, and using thermal oil circulation to cool the main shaft can greatly improve its service life.

Due to the small particle size of the material, simple packing sealing is not suitable for flash mixers. We have also added a combination of gas seal and labyrinth seal.

3. Characteristics of mixing blades

For heat sensitive materials, we have added a scraper to the traditional mixing blade, which can remove the materialPeel off the material from the wall in a timely manner to avoid softening and coking of the material; Using special structured blades to prevent the material from clumping and quickly sinking to the bottom, in order to avoid large-scale collapse of the material at the bottom of the tower, resulting in dead bed shutdown.

4. Characteristics of the feeder

Using a double helix conveyor shaft, it has a large processing capacity and is suitable for viscous materials. The feeding stability is achieved through variable frequency speed regulation.

6. Characteristics of Bag Dust Collector

Avoid shortening the lifespan of the cloth bag caused by direct blowing of hot air carrying materials.Adopting an upward suction type bag to prevent operators from entering the box and inspecting the bag in harsh operating environments. Reduce the filtering wind speed and minimize dust adhesion resistance.

7. Characteristics of water film dust collector

A spray washing water film dust collector is used, with Bao'er ring packing added between layers. Air is blocked by the packing and passes through the gaps. Water is atomized and sprayed thick onto the packing layer by the nozzle to form a fine water film.

After the air and water film come into full contact, the material particles contained in them collide and aggregate, and are carried away by the circulating water and deposited at the bottom of the equipment, forming a layer with the water.

8. Characteristics of star shaped unloader

The star shaped unloader with external bearings (with the fan turned off) is used to avoid bearing jamming and material contamination.
