The vibrating fluidized bed dryer is a new type of fluidized bed high-efficiency drying equipment suitable for drying granular and powdery materials. It has the advantages of easy operation, energy saving, and environmental protection. This equipment is widely used for drying powdered and granular materials in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, dehydrated vegetables, grains, and minerals.
The precautions for using a vibrating fluidized bed dryer include the following aspects:
Equipment installation and debugging: Before installation, the foundation should be made according to the actual size, and the connections should be checked for looseness and misalignment to ensure that the pipe connections are well connected. Attention should be paid to the use of soft connections for each air duct connection, leaving room for vibration and ensuring reliable sealing. Check the insulation condition of the vibration motor, ensure compliance with electrical standards, and connect the power supply. The allowable deviation of the flatness on the porous plate should be ≤ 2 millimeters. Check that all supporting equipment (such as air filters, blowers, induced draft fans, heaters, separators, etc.) can work normally and be installed in place.
Preparation before operation: Ensure that the power supply voltage meets the equipment requirements and check for any foreign objects inside all fans. Start the induced draft fan, blower, and steam pipeline heating valve to bring the equipment to normal working condition. Observe whether there is any air leakage at each connection point, and if so, tighten it in a timely manner. After starting the vibration motor, observe whether the vibration of the box and bed is stable. If abnormal vibration occurs, immediately turn off the vibration motor and check for possible sources of failure.
Precautions during operation: Prepare the materials to be dried and feed them into the feeding port of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer in a quantitative and uniform manner. During the operation of the equipment, pay attention to observing whether the speed of product discharge from the outlet is uniform, and regularly check the moisture content and output of the product. Adjust the amplitude, air intake, and other parameters of the vibration motor as needed to achieve the best drying effect.
• Maintenance and upkeep: Perform daily routine maintenance, such as adding lubricating grease, tightening screws on vibrating parts, etc. Regularly clean the orifice bed of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer, eliminate blockages, remove accumulated materials, and clean up any leaks under the orifice plate. Check the soft connection parts for damage every two weeks, and replace them promptly if there is any damage. Regularly clean each bearing and replace lubricating grease, check whether the discharge valve of the cyclone separator is tight, and repair it in a timely manner if any air leakage is found.
• Shutdown sequence: Stop adding materials to the dryer. When there are no more products discharged from the dryer's discharge port, cut off the power supply of the vibration motor to stop the dryer from working. Then close the steam pipeline valve, stop the hot air supply, and let the entire drying system gradually cool down. Finally, turn off the power to the blower and other motors, and the entire drying system will stop working.
