The water bath constant temperature oscillator, also known as the water bath constant temperature shaker, uses a pre control system and LED display for temperature control in this series of products. High temperature control accuracy, convenient temperature adjustment, accurate and intuitive indication, and reliable performance. The water bath constant temperature oscillator is widely used in environmental protection, medical teaching, health and epidemic prevention, drug testing, animal botany, marine science and food engineering, and other scientific research and production departments. It is a specialized constant temperature equipment with an oscillator for BOD determination in water analysis, cultivation and preservation of bacteria, viruses, molds, and microorganisms, plant cultivation, and breeding experiments.
The water bath constant temperature oscillator adopts the principle of electromagnetic oscillation, similar to the principle of an induction cooker. It generates an alternating magnetic field through the components of an electronic circuit board, and the stainless steel container cuts the alternating magnetic field lines to produce alternating current (i.e. eddy current). The eddy current causes the iron molecules on the container wall to move at high speed and randomly, and the molecules collide and rub against each other to generate heat energy. At the same time, due to the existence of eddy current, water molecules are subjected to electromagnetic force, which drives the liquid inside the glass container to move, achieving the effect of oscillation.
